I really don't know how to describe this guy, as just being really ugly and freaky

This... freak has been mutated to the brink of budding off parts of himself to make more.
like how a jelly fish reproduces

this creature dubbed Cancer because of it's mutant cells. it is also highly unstable and will mutate continuously as it searches for more organisms
