Chem-plant victim concept fix

here is a concept for a victim of the Brig Hill chemical plant. I really love his face and the ooze dripping off of him, I really like this character all together so I think I'll keep him in the game concept ( Project Pandora ) although I haven't come up with a name for him yet.
