This flying burning skull is from Doom 3 Resurrection of Evil aka the expansion pack. The fire coming off him looks really good and his teeth are great.
This is the first demon that appears.
The Programmers brought this incarnation of the classic Lost Soul back from the Old Doom games. I'm glad they did.
